Fire Risk Assessments

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 places the responsibility for fire safety on the employer or responsible person for the building or premises. We carry out Fire Risk Assessments in the North West region including Rochdale, Bury, Oldham, Greater Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool; Preston, Chorley and Blackburn.

What is a Fire Risk Assessment?

Our professional risk assessor will visit your premises and evaluate your premises in terms of fire safety, hazards to people and property. An easy to understand clear and concise Fire Risk Assessment will then be produced with findings along with an action plan on how to minimise identified risks should they occur; in order to fulfil your legal obligations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
